Tickets must be purchased no later than Sunday, April 2. Limited number of tickets available.
Individuals: $25 single admission through March 20; $30 each after that date.
Sponsor Tables of 8: $500 includes recognition at table, special décor and treats.
Silent auction items available for bidding until after the third round of games, all winning bids must pay for their items that evening, cash or check. Games are played table vs. table; winning table gets fun prize package
after each round.
Plans are to have a Twin Cities weekend to raffle off. Raffle tickets cost $10 each. (Raffle item subject to change.)
Tables of 8 can be purchased by individuals, groups or businesses. Individual tickets will be placed at tables by church staff; if guests would like to sit together they should make that request at time of purchase.
Guests should plan ahead to bring extra cash if they wish to purchase "mulligans" (to get free points on certain games), raffle tickets, or beverages at the cash bar. Donation envelopes also will be available at each table for guests wishing to make an additional donation. Place cards / table numbers will be handed out when people arrive that night to register.
Donations of silent auction items (must be NEW items or gift baskets or gift cards) are still being sought, along with prizes for games. Donations can be dropped off at the church office.
Volunteers still needed to help with: PowerPoint slide creation, PowerPoint operation, registration table.
