1.     John G. called the meeting to order and opened with prayer.

2.     John gave a brief intro to the meeting, sharing that it is policy to review the Constitution and Bylaws every 3 years.

3.     Constitution says the changes must be presented at a meeting 30 days prior to the annual congregational meeting.

4.     Bruce W. introduced his committee members, none of whom were in attendance.

5.     Bruce read through the document with the proposed changes.

6.     One question was asked regarding the number of days mentioned on Page 2, Article V, Section F.

7.     No other questions, and the floor was given back to John.

8.     Mention was made to bring any questions or concerns to Bruce before the annual meeting in June.

9.     Those in attendance were reminded to sign in.

10.  Pastor Ethan closed with a prayer.
